This publication constitutes the refereed complaints of the overseas convention on facts and information Engineering, ICDKE 2012, held in Wuyishan, Fujian, China, in November 2012. The convention used to be co-located with the sixth overseas convention on community and process protection, NSS 2012. The thirteen revised complete papers of ICDKE 2012 have been rigorously reviewed and chosen from fifty three submissions. The papers hide the next subject matters: synthetic intelligence and information engineering; wisdom discovery and knowledge administration; info extraction and retrieval and information security.

This publication constitutes the complaints of the 12 foreign convention on Relational and Algebraic equipment in computing device technological know-how, RAMICS 2011, held in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, in May/June 2011. This convention merges the RelMICS (Relational tools in computing device technological know-how) and AKA (Applications of Kleene Algebra) meetings, that have been a chief discussion board for researchers who use the calculus of kinfolk and related algebraic formalisms as methodological and conceptual instruments.
This e-book constitutes the completely refereed postproceedings of the ninth overseas Workshop on task Scheduling options for Parallel Processing, JSSPP 2003, held in Seattle, Washington in June 2003 at the side of HPDC-12 and FFG-8. The thirteen revised complete papers provided have been rigorously refereed and chosen in the course of rounds of reviewing and revision.

The work presented in the context of this paper is to develop a system of Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) to help capitalize and exploit the knowledge on railroad accidents from our field of application. To streamline and strengthen the acquisition process, representation and exploitation of this domain knowledge, initially, it is necessary to harmonize and standardize the terminology used by the domain actors.
Basel III. Reasoning with the process Fig. 2. Encoding FSP to graph-extended knowledge base (shown on Fig. 2) is provided indirectly over reasoning with regulations encoded as a graph-extended knowledge base. We do not specify regulations in the process itself. The reasoning with the given process is important to check whether the activity of financial service processes is compliant wit the Basel regulations upon execution. It means that activity has been executed successfully and is consistent to regulations from where it is taken .
